Used, but in great condition, last time I tested it there was maybe one or two misfires, but that was mostly due to the mags I was using at the time. If you’re just getting into the sport, this is an awesome option, and it is also a outstanding upgrade from a beginners rifle. The only problem I have had with it is that the outer rail screws on wrong. It does not affect the performance of the rifle at all, just an external problem. Will preferably trade for m16a4, but I’m open to offers
