Comes as shown,got this in a trade but I no longer own a vfc mp5 so this won't be used by me anytime soon,printed cap,tight fit and slightly tricky to get on,but once it goes on it'll stay in place,comes with metal m4 buffer tube installed,asking 35$+s for it. PLEASE NOTE ALL SALES ARE FINAL
