Carrier is coyote brown and like new, pouches appear unused but are dirty from being stored with other kit. Carrier accepts small BALCS armor and SAPI plates, I have a set of soft armor available for an additional fee. This was issued to a SOWT member, but not used by him. Price is shipped CONUS.
