Custom GP/IFAK pouch in USMC Marpat woodland. This is one of my earliest Frankenstein projects but is well made. The MARPAT WOODLAND material and reverse coil #10 zipper and black nylon elastic is salvaged from a USMC ILBE large ruck top removable pouch and the rear material is from an old duffle bag. The webbing is milspec webbing from an alice pack. Pouch will show signs of use and is in working order.
