Both are in good condition and are actually super sturdy, the mount is Norotos and the J arm is unknown, but I did run this with my PVS14 and it worked just fine, it mounts great to a helmet and keeps your NOD sturdy, there as some play between the JArm and Rhino so they are epoxied together
