Pelican case(kinda beat up but included), skullcrusher head mount, I believe its got a mich helmet mount as well and the original bag. It also comes with a day cap, clear lens protector in combo with the Butler Creek flip up cover. I do have a rhino 2 mount that I'm willing to sell if you're in need of one. The corners were rounded a little to fit in my helmet. For reference the tube number is Mx10130 if needed.
