Brand unknown, gotten many years ago Though I’ve had it for a long time, I have only used it a couple times. A smaller plate carrier but will fit almost anyone. I’m a large guy and it fits me very well. Can be adjusted to any size though. Condition is very good and so is make. A quality product that has served me well. All pouches included
