Rather than being made of cheap plastic, this perfect scale replica is made of hand laid fiberglass that is coated in a durable resin, the original Paint color was grey, I sanded it off because it was a bit brighter than what the pictures showed, I primered it and painted it with Rust-Oleum charcoal grey ultramatte chalk finish. I've thoroughly tested the strength of the helmet and it's paint with drop tests, scratch tests and hitting my head on a low beam in a milsim (totally not on accident) and both held up awesomely, the paint is unscathed and the helmet comes with pads and straps.
