Introduction of myself. I’m a tech. I work both gas and aegs. I personally only run gas. And I’m selling my last Aeg you can see on my page. I do custom 3d printed parts and modification of parts. My second gas gun I ever got was a we m4. It has now been turned into a best of a gun and I’ve strived to make it the best it can be. I looked at other gas guns and tried to find what could be done. I started by creating a model of the rear nozzle for my we m4 initially to see if I could. As I progressed I realized it would work as far as the model. I then altered the original design to use two orings. Two orings like vipertech uses. The advantage of this is it can increase efficiency by creating a better seal. You can also add lubrication between the orings and it will retain lube better. And in the unlikely event that an oring fails you have a second one so you can still play through the rest of the day. Through testing I have also seen less wear on the rear nozzle due to the guides than the stock and aftermarket nozzles. I have personally put around 5-8k rounds in testing both these nozzles and the material. I have seen no reason that they would break. So I’m offering them to anyone wanting to try one out. These are 10$ shipped. My setup: We m4. 6.01 250mm barrel. Autobot yellow bucking. Ra tech steel carrier. Stock nozzle. Stock buffer and recoil spring. Stock bolt catch. Daniel defense buffer tube. Ra tech steel trigger set with stock we hammer. Stock charging handle. Running propane. Now for the important part. Testing and results. For the stock nozzle setup I was able to achieve a maximum 145 shots on one fill of gas. With my nozzle I was able to achieve 172 shots. And through all of my testing even when colder my nozzle always had achieved more shots than the stock nozzle. My nozzle is only the rear part of the nozzle. It is designed to be used with the front stock nozzle, spring,rocket valve, and pin from the stock nozzle. This will not work with aftermarket nozzles like the mpa. My design puts out around 400 fps. The best performance I’ve found is in combination with 150% return spring. This isn’t needed as they work with the stock spring. If you do manage to break a nozzle or need assistance with the nozzle or even the gun itself I offer replacement nozzles for free and any advice that I can offer without having the gun in hand.
