I paid him 375$ for a really nice hi capa and what arrived were 2 crappy worthless aw hi Capas and the crazy part is that included was 100$ bills that I have verified ARE FAKE (I’m pretty sure this is very illegal). I am trying to work this out with him and he says he is going to wait to refund me till the 28th bc that’s when he says PayPal told him he has to refund me by. I am going to escalate this to PayPal so they will decide who will end up with the money. If anyone has any advice that’d be great. Never deal with this guy.
