Firm, honestly great deal I just never use it. Can provide working video upon request. No issues and is a flawless gun. Wolverine bolt with the wraith co2 adaptation. 300+ feet easily, has a flat hop action army hop up and a pdi steel inner barrel. Also has a foam suppressor that actually makes it dead silent.
