It is size Medium/Large which fits 5'6" - 6'2" men with 30-39 in waist.  This pack was designed for a quick, one-handed access to a very organized medical compartment. There are multiple trauma shears and tourniquet holders throughout and large reinforced handles for hanging the pack on branches or inside of helicopters. It’s sized so that when mounted on the NICE Frame, there is room below the pack for carrying litters or hydraulic combi tools.  Inside the pack there are four removable pockets with clear vinyl windows and two IV bag pockets. It also has a removable BVS that optimizes the pack for use with or without body armor.  The side of pack has PALS for attaching MOLLE Pouches and two long pockets for storing splints or long items. The outside of the pack also has two zipped pouches for IFAKs or misc items to be stored and to be accessed quickly. There is a zipped trash compartment inside the pack and a zipped compartment that holds a small foldable mat of closed cell foam that can be used as a insulator for patients from the ground.  It also has a large clam shell lid that can hold alot of items and a large zippered pocket at the bottom of the pack to hold even more gear.  This whole pack weights under seven pounds empty and uses the Futura Frame which is a very comfortable, adjustable, and great weight distributing harness.
