This is a VFC 417D. It comes with one mid-cap magazine and the only issue is that the thread for the selector switch screw is stripped and it will no longer fit the stock screw for it, and therefore can no longer hold the selector switch itself. I have to switch its modes by using a thin screwdriver to move the selector plate underneath.
