Brand spanking new Never applied to any system just sat in the box retail for lil more than $100 so it's $60 FIRM. It will come with eveything with barrel but , gas block , gas valve, screws, washers and etc . No it didn't come with rail segments so u gotta look into that NO SHIPPING OR TRADING.
