I have a vest/plate carrier, right now it has very thin soft foam “plates” in it. (Came with the vest when bought) has a lot of coverage and a lot of molle. Included comes with a 3 row m4 mag pouches behind the 3 blue force m4 pouches. Has a double condor m4 pouch right next to double gmr banger holsters. Other side of the vest is a pouch for a pistol mag. (Think I have an extra not in pictures that is included) above the triple m4 pouches is a map pouch, good for storing maps, batteries, a picture of your girlfriend, a small phone iPhone 6+ doesn’t fit... I have tried. On the back is a condor hydration pack, has hanging slots for a hydration bag. Can fit a lot into it. Had an hpa tank, hydration pouch, a bag of med supplies and some tools and still had plenty of room. Comes with a radio pouch. This is in perfect condition. No rips or tears! does not include shipping
