It does cycle but will need some fine-tuning, for example the nozzle/bucking interaction as the nozzle gets stuck in the hopup at times. Personally I'd just get the Maple Leaf hopup and bucking as I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Only other "issue" is the extractor is too loose so I'd recommend gluing it in place.
