It hasn't been to a field, only backyard shooting. I've used about 4 co2 cartridges and haven't had any problems. It fires straight and powerfully, and is loud. It's a blast to shoot and looks and feels almost exactly like the real steel version. I am selling this to save for a gbb. I am willing to trade but I doubt there are any gbb for the price. Would be shipped and bought through ebay/PayPal. Willing to send videos
