Brand new without tags. Bought it and mounted it to my Ferro Concepts Plate Carrier and it just didn't have the room I wanted it to. That being said, they retail $125 of OpTactical +s&h, I'm selling for $120 shipped. It's a very nice piece of kit, but I don't have any use for it.
