Worn once. Works great. I have 2 sets, that's why I'm selling these. Adjustable volume control. Amplifies all sound, but cuts out loud sounds that could possibly damage hearing. Made for airsoft to give a tactical advantage on the field. Plugs into a ptt, uses AAA batteries.
