BACKSTORY

JSOC operatives have been tasked with eradicating the notorious Shadow Company and dismantle their operations.
There have been rumors that Shadow Company has chemical weapons at their disposal and have been taking hostages to fund their operation while bombing JSOC buildings to keep their focus off their chemical weapons operations.

GAMEPLAY

Capture Points (CP):
There are 5 CP's on the field.
All the missions will be focused on these CP's.

MISSION TYPES:
Domination: Fly your teams flag.
VIP: Escort and/or eliminate.
Search and Destroy: One team has a bomb. One team doesn't.


MANDATORY PLAYER ITEMS

  1. ALL PLAYERS must have ANSI z87.1 rated FULL SEAL eye protection.
  2. All players 17 and younger MUST have a hard face cover such as a metal mesh mask.
  3. Cloth/rubber/neoprene face protection IS NOT authorized for players 17 and younger.
  4. Face pro not required for players 18 and older.
  5. Faction uniform top.
  6. 12oz water source during play. Can be kept at spawn.
OPTIONAL ITEM: Red "dead rag" in red. Will not be provided.

JOINT SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND (JSOC)

COLORS: ANYTHING green, brown or tan.
Civilian long sleeve shirts/sweaters are fine.

COLORS: ANYTHING black, blue, grey or white.

UNIFORM REGULATIONS:

  1. Tops do NOT need to be of a tactical or military nature. Normal long sleeved shirts and sweaters are fine.
  2. Long pants are required.
  3. Pants MUST be faction colored.
  4. Equipment/gear does not need to be faction colors
  5. If you decide to wear ANY gear that’s not your faction's color or pattern, don’t cry about friendly fire.
  6. All participants must wear closed toed footwear. Military boots are not required but all footwear must be closed toed and appropriate for hiking/backpacking or trail walking. No Crocs.
  7. Admin color is red and bright safety green/yellow. The only authorized piece of equipment a player may possess that is primarily red is a single real world medic pouch. Players may not wear hats, chest rigs, or plate carriers that are red.


EQUIPMENT RULES:

  1. Extended triggers are allowed.
  2. Factory style trigger guards are not mandatory.
  3. No limit on how many magazines a player may carry.
  4. You may bring Odin's and pre filled speed loaders on the field and/or keep them on your person.
  5. HPA magazine adapters are allowed.
  6. No binary triggers for semi auto guns.
  7. No melee kills allowed.
  8. No shields.
  9. 6mm airsoft guns only. No blank fire. No Nerf or similar type.


GRENADES:

  1. Pyro IS NOT AUTHORIZED.
  2. Green gas, spring, or c02 powered grenades are authorized.
  3. Those nades must be filled with bb's and those bb's must hit a player for it to count.


FPS/RPS/MED RULES:

PLEASE report to the chrono station wearing your FACTION TOP.
All guns will be chrono’d with staff provided.32's.
Players will come to chrono station with an empty magazine for each gun needing to be chrono’d.
The following FPS limits are based on .20 weight bb’s.
We don't distinguish between HPA and non-HPA as far as FPS/joule limits.
All guns have a 0 MED.

Snipers and DMR's may go up to 450 FPS / 1.87 joules.
  1. Rifle must be a replica of a .556 caliber (or higher) semi automatic rifle and must be at least 35 inches in total length with a minimum barrel length of 18 inches.
  2. Must have an optic replicating a magnification power of 4 or greater.
  3. Magazines may not exceed a capacity of 100.
All other guns may not exceed 400 FPS / 1.5 joules.
AEG's may use hicaps up to 350 bb capacity per magazine.

LMG's may not exceed 400 FPS / 1.5 joules and may use short bursts of no more than 2 seconds at a time with at least a 1/2 second in between bursts.
LMG's may use box magazines.
  1. Gun must be replicated after a military issued light, medium or heavy machine gun: No full auto M4’s.
  2. B.A.R’s are fine. R.P.K’s are fine.
  3. RPK16's, M27's do NOT qualify.

GBBR's may not exceed 400 FPS / 1.5 joules and may use short bursts.
  1. Must be gas powered from the magazine.
  2. No HPA pistols.
  3. 1.5 joule limit.
  4. Short bursts ok.
  5. 80 round magazine capacity.
  6. Pistols in carbine kits are fine.

Shotguns may go up to 350 FPS / 1.15 joules but may not fire more than 6 bb's at one time.

SMG's may use short bursts if they're 1 joule or lower.
  1. Must be a replica or hybrid/variation replica of a pistol caliber SMG.
  2. Cannot use M4, AK or any other rifle style mags.
  3. May not be longer than 28 inches from muzzle to the stock when fully extended.
  4. Must chono at 330 FPS / 1 joule or lower.
  5. AEG only.
  6. May use short bursts. 25 RPS cap.
  7. 120 round magazine capacity.

BANG/SAFETY KILL RULES:

Bang/safety kills are optional and discouraged.
Players do not need to call a bang/safety kill.


BB RULES:

All bb's must be biodegradable.
Max BB weight for this event is .32


HIT CALLING/MEDIC/RESPAWN RULES:

  1. If you get shot anywhere on your person:
  2. RAISE YOUR HAND.
  3. ANNOUNCE HIT.
  4. PLACE RED RAG ON YOUR HEAD. (if you have one)
  5. Walk back to respawn.
  6. Touch the tote.
  7. Go back to playing.
  8. Gun hits don’t count.

LOST AND FOUND:

Please return lost and found items to the closest event admin.
All unclaimed items will be placed in the lost and found at Combat Zone Paintball and Airsoft until we’re allowed to make rental players fight for them.


TASK ORG:

Commander (CDR):
  1. Designated by event admins.
  2. In charge of everyone in their faction.
  3. Receives missions from ADMINS and delegates tasks to XO and Platoon Leaders.
Platoon Leaders:
  1. Designated by event admins or CDR.
  2. In charge of their platoon.
  3. Receive missions from CDR/XO and executes them.
  4. Platoon leaders can designate Squad and Team leaders but those would only be to organize to element and wouldn’t have any special abilities.

ALL COMMAND STAFF MAY CHOOSE THEIR OWN CALLSIGNS BUT WILL BE GIVEN A COMPANY AND PLATOON RADIO FREQUENCY.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY
6pm check in and chrono opens.
6:30-6:45pm: safety briefing and start games.
11pm. Field closes.

SATURDAY
9am check in and chono opens.
10am safety brief.
10:30am move to start point.
1045am: Start playing.
1pm: Lunch break.
2pm: Resume playing.
4pm end game. Raffle.

IF WE CAN START PLAYING EARLIER, WE WILL.
This will require ALL PLAYERS to be checked in quickly.

SUNDAY
11am check in and chrono opens.
1130-1145am: safety briefing and start games.
4pm. Field closes.



EMERGENCY/INJURY PROTOCOL

  1. In the event of a real emergency or serious injury, someone will call a CEASE FIRE. When admins hear this, they will blow their whistle 3 times in 3 bursts while yelling CEASE FIRE. CEASE FIRE will only be used for REAL WORLD emergencies.
  2. All players will repeat “CEASE FIRE” three times as loud as they can while giving the hand signal.
  3. Any player with a radio will also put the CEASE FIRE over the radio and attempt to inform their chain of command.
  4. After a player announces CEASE FIRE, they will remove their magazines from all their guns and sit down or take a knee.
  5. Once it has been deemed safe by RANGE CONTROL to resume normal play, RANGE CONTROL will give a 10 second countdown followed by a long whistle blow, then give the command GAME ON over the radio and normal play will resume. When players hear the whistle, they will announce GAME ON and continue playing.
  6. When we have completed playing, the whistle will be blown by admins, the command “ENDEX” will be given over the radio and verbally. All players who hear this will repeat the command as loudly as possible, immediately remove all magazines and head to the main entrance.
  7. Before we start playing, CEASE FIRE and ENDEX will be practiced twice.


PLAYER CONDUCT

Don’t be a dick. If you act like a dick, we reserve the right to kick you out without a refund.
If you need to ask what constitutes being a dick, please don’t register.


EYE PRO/FACE PRO

  1. ALL PARTICIPANTS must wear full seal, ANSI Z87.1 eye protection.
  2. Any player suspected of not conforming to this standard will be asked to verify the equipment is authorized or be ejected from the event without a refund.
  3. Players 17 and younger must wear some kind of hard face protection such as a mesh mask. Cloth face protection such as shemagh’s, gaiter necks, and neoprene products are not authorized for minors.
  4. Full face masks such as Dye i4/i5's and similar style masks are allowed.


AGE RESTRICTIONS

We allow participants as young as 13 at this event. Participants ages 13-15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian that is also registered to play the event.
While we allow minors to attend, our events are designed for a mature audience and require a level of self-control and respect not typically found in minors. Please consider this before signing up or registering a minor as it can negatively affect your experience and the experience of those around you.


ALCOHOL/DRUGS

If we suspect a player is under the influence of any substance to the point where it is adversely impacting the experience of others, that player may be asked to leave.
